Sales & Marketing CoordinatorOmni Hotels & Resorts is seeking Sales & Marketing Coordinator for the beautiful Barton Creek Resort & Spa!Ranked among the best resorts in Texas: Top 5 Resorts in the Southwest Conde Nast Traveler and Top 5 Resorts in Texas Travel + Leisure World's Best Awards 2026.The Sales & Marketing Coordinator supports both the Sales and Marketing departments with a mix of administrative tasks, creative project execution, and communication support. This role bridges internal and external efforts by assisting with sales and marketing expense management, marketing collateral development, event coordination, and brand initiatives to drive revenue and enhance brand visibility.Responsibilities:Manage incoming group leads and distribute based on market segmentAssist Director of Sales & Marketing, Director of Sales, and assigned sales managers with lead management and customer supportMaintain updated records in the CRM (Delphi/FDC), ensuring accuracy and consistencySchedule and support site visits, coordinating transportation, itineraries, and amenitiesGenerate sales reports and dashboards as requested by the DOS/DOSMAssist in the Group Sales contract turnover process by ensuring all information is correctly entered into FDC and that it reflects the contractCreate purchase orders and assist with the overall commission payment processMarketing Support:Assist with copywriting and editing for email campaigns, presentations, and signageCreate flyers, social graphics, and sales tools using Omni-branded templatesSupport marketing rollouts and quarterly promotional campaigns across departmentsHelp coordinate on-site activations, including media/influencer visits and local eventsMaintain inventory of branded assets and marketing collateralQualifications:Strong organizational and multitasking skillsPrevious experience as an administrative assistant is preferred. College degree preferred.Effective written and verbal communicationProficient in Microsoft Office; InDesign and Canva experience preferredFamiliarity with social media and email platforms a plusPrior hospitality or marketing experience is a bonusOmni Hotels & Resorts is an equal opportunity/AA/Disability/Veteran employer.
