Web3 Finance & Strategy Associate (Hybrid NY)

Monad Foundation, a crypto/web3 startup in New York, seeks a Strategic Finance Associate to oversee financial health and operating efficiency. You will report to the Director of Finance and collaborate cross-functionally to manage day-to-day finances and strategic projects.
You’ll build and maintain budgets, analyze performance, and optimize cash flow, with responsibility for treasury including fiat and crypto holdings. A proactive, detail-oriented mindset is essential.
