Specialized boutique creative firm seeks a

fully remote

Assistant to join their collaborative and vibrant team!
The role is a mix of administrative support, research and client interaction. Main duties include:
Supporting the Account team with scheduling and organization
Handling communication, including client outreach, via phone and email
Participating in meetings and taking detailed notes
Preparing presentations
Performing research, identifying potential clients and updating and maintaining the firms CRM system
Assisting with additional duties and projects
Applicants should be US-based , highly organized, excellent communicators who love tracking small details. At least one year of experience in an administrative or operational role is ideal, along with a positive attitude, self-starter mentality, and an excitement to embrace technology and innovation in the workplace. Experience with AI/HubSpot is a plus!
