Chick-fil-A at Harrisonburg is seeking a dedicated and high-energy team member to serve in both front of house and back of house roles. This is more than a job. Compensation and benefits include:
Pay: Full time: $14.50 to $16.00 per hour | Part time: $13.00 to $14.00 per hour

What you will do:
Guest Experience

Greet every guest with eye contact, a genuine smile, and enthusiastic hospitality.
Take accurate orders and process payments efficiently.
Deliver food quickly and correctly in the dining room or drive thru.

Kitchen Operations

Prepare and cook food safely and efficiently according to Chick-fil-A standards.
Maintain strict food safety and cleanliness standards.
Support opening and closing duties and stocking.

Team Contribution

Work at a quick and thorough pace.
Communicate clearly with team members.
Maintain a positive and coachable attitude in a high-volume environment.

Key responsibilities include:
Food Preparation

Prepare, cook, and present food safely and efficiently according to Chick-fil-A standards.
Operational Support

Help open the kitchen or front of house and assist with inventory stocking.
Safety & Cleanliness

Strictly follow all food safety policies and maintain a clean, orderly workspace at all times.
Teamwork

Work quickly and efficiently in a high-volume environment while maintaining a positive, coachable attitude.
Schedule and availability:
Full Time

35 to 40 hours per week.
Ability to work 8 hour shifts between 5:30 AM and 9:00 PM.
Must be available on Saturdays.

Part Time

20 to 25 hours per week, typically 3 to 4 shifts.
Must be available on Saturdays.

We are closed on Sundays.
