Step is a remote-first company building banking for the next generation. We lead Step's affiliate and partner marketing program end-to-end, scaling presence on Impact and other networks, onboarding partners, and optimizing commission structures to drive efficient acquisition.
You will also build direct partnerships outside networks, negotiate deals, manage invoicing and budgets, and ensure clean data tracking across campaigns with a strong focus on FTC compliance and supplier relations.
