Media Director: Lead Strategy, ROI & Campaigns

Krush is seeking a Media Director to lead our media strategy and drive ROI for diverse clients. You will partner with account managers and clients to set goals, define KPIs, and craft compelling media plans. This leadership role requires a strong track record in media planning/buying across digital and traditional channels.
You’ll oversee campaigns, negotiate rates, mentor the media team, and build lasting client relationships while growing the department and exploring new business opportunities.
