Key responsibilities:
Collaboratively create and implement a vision for the department while overseeing faculty workload planning and performance evaluation
Lead the development of courses and innovative teaching practices, ensuring alignment with institutional goals for student success
Deliver high-quality online instruction and foster a supportive learning environment for adult learners
Required qualifications:
Earned doctorate degree in a discipline aligned with the academic program
Experience in academic leadership, including faculty development and curriculum oversight
Demonstrated ability to contribute to strategic planning and implementation in academic programs
Collaborative and student-centered approach to leadership and instructional support
Evidence of experience in high-quality teaching and service within higher education
