In This Role

In this role, you will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of content initiatives that support customer experience and thought leadership programs. You will work across cross-functional teams to manage content from intake through delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals, audience needs, and brand standards. This role requires a strong balance of program management, content strategy, and stakeholder collaboration to deliver high-quality content on time and at scale.
Responsibilities

Program & Project Management
Own end-to-end planning and execution of content initiatives, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables
Maintain project plans, track risks/issues, and ensure on-time delivery of content workstreams
Establish and manage operating rhythms such as planning meetings, standups, and launch readiness reviews
Partner with stakeholders to define content requirements, messaging, and audience targeting
Support development and refinement of content including blogs, executive communications, internal posts, and campaigns
Ensure content aligns with brand voice, tone, and channel-specific best practices
Stakeholder & Approval Management
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (communications, marketing, product, legal, and leadership) to align on priorities and approvals
Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and trade-offs, and recommend solutions
Intake & Prioritization
Manage incoming content requests and maintain a prioritized backlog
Define scope, timelines, owners, and expected outcomes for each request
Communications & Reporting
Create executive-ready updates, summaries, and one-pagers
Maintain collaboration tools and repositories (e.g., internal portals, shared workspaces)
Measurement & Insights
Track performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and adoption
Build simple dashboards and provide insights to improve future content strategy
Work with external partners (writers, designers, agencies) to define briefs, manage deliverables, and ensure quality
Qualifications

8–10+ years of experience in program management, project management, or operations roles
Proven experience managing content, communications, or marketing-related programs
Strong program management skills including planning, scheduling, dependency tracking, and delivery execution
Experience working in cross-functional, matrixed environments with multiple stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to create executive-level summaries
Experience with content lifecycle processes including planning, creation, review, publishing, and distribution
Familiarity with basic analytics and reporting (KPIs, dashboards, performance insights)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field
Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting enterprise-level or large-scale organizations
Background in content strategy, editorial planning, or communications programs
Experience working on customer experience (CX) or thought leadership initiatives
Familiarity with content amplification across channels (e.g., internal platforms, social media)
Experience managing editorial calendars and content pipelines
Exposure to tools such as SharePoint, Teams, content management systems, or similar collaboration platforms
PMP or similar project management certification
Salary Range

At Blueprint, we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market. For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated salary range is $ 110,000 – $ 120,000 USD per annum.

Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity. The final salary and job title may vary depending on the selected candidate’s qualifications and could fall outside the stated range.
