Remote Digital Experience Advocate

GE Appliances, a Haier company, is seeking a Digital Consumer Experience Advocate to serve as the frontline for customers across our brands. This remote role requires residing in the Louisville, KY area and involves guiding customers pre- and post-purchase across our websites and platforms.
Expect to work Monday–Friday, 10:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. EST. Compensation is $17 per hour with comprehensive benefits, including 401(k) and medical/dental/vision plans.
