Remote Digital Experience Advocate

GE Appliances, a Haier company, is seeking a Digital Consumer Experience Advocate to serve as a front-line representative across our brands. You’ll engage customers through digital channels to provide pre-purchase guidance and post-purchase support, while driving brand loyalty and sales opportunities.
Location is remote with residency required in the Louisville, KY area. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 10a–7p EST, with initial ramp-up.
