Senior Director of Sales — Education SaaS Growth & Partnerships

Shine Early Learning Inc. seeks a Senior Director of Sales to manage and grow the HELP customer base and drive new business across the product portfolio.
You will lead migrations from print to digital, upsell training and certification, and shape go-to-market strategies in partnership with product and marketing. In this role, you will own annual sales plans, build scalable processes, and contribute to the strategic growth of HELP Connect as a standalone SaaS offering in new markets.
