Senior Producer: Scale High-Volume Video Production

NewForm is seeking a Senior Producer to scale our high-volume production studio. You’ll shoot, direct talent, and lead on-set operations from day one, reporting to the Head of Creative, and helping design our new studios and modular sets as we grow.
This is an onsite role where you’ll build the team, implement efficient workflows, mentor junior producers, and ensure every project meets the highest quality standards while aligning with paid social and performance marketing goals.
