Onboarding & Candidate Experience Lead

First Student is seeking a Candidate Experience Specialist to guide new hires through the final stages of recruiting and onboarding, from offer through the start of in-person training.
You will help with required paperwork, background checks, and compliance while keeping candidates informed and engaged throughout the process. This role collaborates with Recruiting, HR, Training, Safety, Employment Standards, and Operations to ensure readiness and a smooth start.
