JOB SUMMARY
Cresco Labs is seeking a Regional Field Marketing Manager working remotely out of the Massachusetts area. This role will focus on building relationships and supporting key accounts throughout the Massachusetts market. We don’t believe in a typical day or week. We embrace challenges and are rewarded by overcoming objections to achieve goals. This individual will partner with our national corporate team, wholesale retailers, and external account managers.
CORE JOB DUTIES
Be the expert on the brands, business, and cannabis category. Share that knowledge and passion with others
Support the go-to-market process of new products to drive demand and createnew newsfor Cresco Labs House of Brands portfolio
Be seen as an industry leader and help drive conversation to safe and fun use of cannabis
Utilize Canva and Hotbox (internal creative agency) to build marketing materials that highlight Cresco Labs House of Brands products
Identifyand implement opportunities to expand our retail presence whiledemonstratingvalue to our retail partners
Manage the MA Brand Field team to oversee the further growth of our key retailers in their specified territories
Support Brand Field team when needed to schedule and execute In-Store Activations and be the face of the brand(s) toBudtendersand consumers
Establish strong working relationships with decision-makers, managers, andBudtenderswithin key account list, becoming a trusted resource and partner, helping them excel in their roles
Educate and exciteBudtendersand key stakeholders on brands, product benefits, consumer need states, and industry trends
Provide in-market training, support and ensure quality standards are inline
Plan and develop merchandising, menu placement, and visibility strategies
Produce layout plans for stores andmaintainstore shelves and inventory
Collaborate with key accounts to create attractive sales floor displays and make sure that our product is prominently displayed
Utilize your sales and marketing skills to focus on driving the brand(s) in-store presence to increase distribution and sales through the following:
Increase brand(s) visibility on shelves as well as sell in new products
ProvideBudtenderswith talking points, salestipsand training
Support clients with effective POS and merchandising
Provide account with in-store activations to help sell the brand
Schedule and execute consumer events to help drive demand and trial of new products.
Buildmonthlypre-reads, and After-Action Reviews in partnership with local team and Regional Marketing Director.
Run quarterlyRegion meetings with sales,marketing, and cross functionalteams reporting learnings and action insights from the field
Partner with the Regional MarketingDirector and General Manageron state-by-state budget allocation, Brand Field team KPIs, and sales support tools
ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITES
Complete all administrative responsibilities ina timelyandaccuratemanner
Maintain proper records for all expense reports and ensure they are completed on time with receipts attached on a weekly basis
Develop and distribute all program training and marketing materials to the field
Compete all paperwork and meet administrative deadlines
Closelymonitorand track all activations andspecial events
Own the integrity of all training materials and in-store activations and ensure that updates are made as necessary across all platforms
Understand and ensure compliance of all state rules/regulations
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
5-7years’related industry marketing experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Local travel 50%, includingoccasionalnights and weekends
Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills – including the ability to listen andidentifyopportunities to drive increased brand loyalty
Analytical and strategic mindset, measuring KPIs of field activities
Ability to coordinate efforts with distributor personnel, including orders, delivery, and merchandising support
Candidates must be familiar with on/off-premisemarketing initiatives
Familiarity with local market trendsetting accounts
Strong project management, problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills
Skilled at multitasking with an ability to meet deadlines
Computer literate withproficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite
Experience withRepsly, Canva,Workzone, Tableau, and Adobe Suite is preferred but notrequired.
Knowledge of cannabis, trends, and industry preferred but will train the right candidate
Mustresidewithin the state of Massachusetts; Boston preferred, but open to anywhere within state

Pay Range
$90,000 - $100,000 USD
