Regional Field Marketing Manager

Position Regional Field Marketing Manager – Lead, train, and grow a door-to-door canvassing team. This is a full-time leadership opportunity with a base salary, commission, bonuses, team overrides, and strong earning potential.
Responsibilities Interview, hire, train, and manage a team of door-to-door canvassers
Lead regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and field training
Develop canvassing strategies, neighborhood mapping, and route plans
Track team performance, support daily production, and help canvassers improve results
Qualifications Canvassing management experience in home improvement or a related industry required
Strong coaching, leadership, and team management skills
Experience building, training, and motivating door-to-door sales or canvassing teams
Comfortable working in the field and leading by example.
Compensation Earn $75,000 - $250,000
