Sonova is seeking a Sales Contract Specialist to support the sales organization by managing RFPs, RFIs, and contract documentation for institutional and educational customers. This role blends contract review, customer-facing communication, internal coordination, and commercial support to help ensure accurate, timely, and competitive responses throughout the contract process.

Responsibilities:

Manage incoming RFPs, RFIs, and vendor documentation through automated contract portals

Review and validate contract information for accuracy, compliance, and completeness

Coordinate internal approvals with Sales, Legal, and cross-functional teams

Serve as a customer-facing contact to answer questions and guide clients through the RFP process

Track deadlines and ensure timely submissions across multiple active requests

Partner with the sales leader to identify additional business opportunities, analyze terms, and help position competitive responses

Maintain data integrity within CRM and contract management systems while supporting sales objectives and commercial strategy

More about you:

4–5+ years of experience in contract review, RFP support, procurement, or sales operations

Strong written and verbal communication skills for customer and stakeholder interaction

Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment

High attention to detail with the ability to follow defined workflows and processes

Healthcare or healthcare manufacturing experience preferred

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commercial mindset

A minimum of 300 MB/sec download and 20 MB/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova

This role's pay range is between: $77,040 - $96,300 . This role is also commission eligible/bonus eligible.
