Campus Communications Coordinator

Description:

This position will serve as the main communications contact between the First Baptist Church of Jacksonville communications team and our Nocatee and Green Cove Springs campuses. This role will build strong relationships and help our communications team support the communications needs of the Nocatee and Green Cove Springs campuses.
Qualifications:

Strong relational, planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities across campuses.
Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
Ability to take initiative and work independently while staying aligned with team priorities and deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with others.
Experience with writing, editing and project management.
Experience working alongside visual designers and digital specialists.
Strong problem solving skills and critical thinking abilities.
Comfortable leading meetings, planning sessions and collaborative discussions.
Demonstrates integrity, a strong work ethic and a sincere interest in serving and building relationships.
Experience in a church setting, either through employment or active involvement, with an understanding of church culture, leadership structures and multi-site ministry.
