We are hiring for a

Marketing and Administration Coordinator

in Houston. The Marketing and Administration Coordinator will enable the successful delivery of marketing activities, events, employee engagement initiatives and office operations. This entry-level, hands-on role is ideal for a proactive and organized individual who enjoys bringing people and activities together, coordinating logistics, and helping create a positive experience for employees, visitors and clients.

Duties
Marketing & Communications

Provide administrative and coordination support for marketing activities and campaigns

Assist with sourcing, management and distribution of marketing materials, promotional items and branded merchandise

Maintain marketing assets, literature and inventory, ensuring materials are available when required

Assist with internal and external communications activities, including proofreading, content updates and brand consistency

Assist with website, social media and other digital marketing systems as required

Events & Client Hospitality

Support the planning and delivery of exhibitions, conferences, client hospitality and company events

Coordinate event logistics, including venues, registrations, travel, equipment, promotional materials and suppliers

Provide on-site and front-of-house support at events and act as a professional company representative when required

Assist with post-event administration, feedback and reporting

Maintain event equipment, exhibition materials and branded assets

Meetings, Events & Employee Support

Coordinate meeting, training and event logistics, including room setup, catering and equipment

Maintain conference rooms, training rooms, kitchens and event spaces, ensuring they remain organized, fully equipped and presentable

Organize a range of employee engagement activities, such as team-building events, wellbeing initiatives and office celebrations

Assist with internal communications and employee engagement campaigns

Assist with onboarding activities and company events as required

Office Administration & Reception

Provide reception and front-of-house cover as required, including welcoming visitors and handling enquiries

Provide general administrative support across the business as needed

Manage and procure office supplies and facilities-related equipment

Liaise with suppliers, service providers and contractors regarding office requirements as required

Assist with visitor management, courier services and day-to-day running of the office

Required

Previous experience in administrative, office coordination, events, hospitality, marketing support or similar role

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities and stakeholders

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint

A professional, friendly and confident manner when engaging with visitors, employees and clients

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment to support a wide range of activities

Qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field, preferred

Basic understanding of branding and corporate communications, preferred
