Mochi Health is seeking a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to build our lifecycle program from the ground up at our San Francisco office. You’ll design onboarding, cross‑sell, upsell, and churn‑prevention journeys to move patients toward treatment and ongoing care across Mochi’s offerings.
You will own the Customer.io stack end to end, shape taxonomy and segmentation, and use AI‑driven workflows to boost output while maintaining brand and patient safety.
