Patient Experience Strategist

Southern California Hospitals seeks a Patient Experience Specialist to lead and coordinate the hospital’s program to improve patient experience and promote patient-centered care. You will work closely with hospital leaders to identify priorities, set goals, plan improvements, and measure outcomes.
This role requires 5+ years in healthcare settings, strong communication, planning and change management, and proficiency with MS Office.
