What You’ll Do:

Support the setup, launch, and optimization of

Facebook, Google, and YouTube

ad campaigns for our clients.
Help with

client onboarding , making sure campaigns align with their goals.
Collaborate on

ad creative —think copy, visuals, and videos that convert.
Track performance, analyze data, and provide

weekly insights .
Stay up-to-date with platform changes and

best practices .
Communicate with the team and clients to keep campaigns running smoothly.
Who You Are:

A digital ads whiz with

2+ years of experience

(agency, freelance, or in-house all welcome!).
Comfortable running campaigns across

Facebook, Google, and YouTube .
Detail-oriented —you double-check your work before it goes live.
Great at

explaining ad results

and strategy to clients (no jargon, please!).
Proactive, curious, and a problem-solver —you love figuring out how to make campaigns better.
Bonus points if you’ve worked with

local service businesses !
