Flexwolf is a growing activewear and lifestyle clothing brand. We are looking for a creative and motivated full-time Videographer & Content Creator to produce consistent, high-quality content for our advertising, social media and website.

Responsibilities
Flexwolf is a growing activewear and lifestyle clothing brand. We are looking for a creative and motivated full-time Videographer & Content Creator to produce consistent, high-quality content for our advertising, social media and website.

Plan, shoot and edit video content for Flexwolf

Create content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and other platforms

Produce Meta ad creatives, product videos, UGC-style videos and brand campaigns

Shoot product launches, models, warehouse content and behind-the-scenes videos

Create videos for product pages, emails and the Flexwolf website

Produce multiple hooks, concepts and variations from each shoot

Follow current social media and content trends

Work closely with our marketing and creative teams

Organize raw footage and completed content

Consistently develop new content ideas that support brand growth and sales

Requirements

Strong interest in videography, content creation and social media

Comfortable shooting and editing short-form videos

Understanding of lighting, camera angles and audio

Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut or similar editing software

Ability to work independently and complete content on schedule

Creative mindset with strong attention to detail

Comfortable working with models, products and team members

Must be able to work on-site in Pennsylvania

Applicants with any experience level are welcome. Creativity, consistency and a strong portfolio are more important to us than years of experience.

Preferred Skills

Experience creating content for clothing, fitness or e-commerce brands

Understanding of Meta ads and performance-based creative content

Photography and photo-editing skills

Experience with motion graphics, color correction and sound design

Ability to create both polished brand videos and natural UGC-style content

What We’re Looking For
We are not only looking for someone who can create cinematic videos. We need someone who can consistently produce content, test different ideas and understand what performs well on social media and paid advertising.
