Growth Marketing Lead, Multi-Channel DTC

HelloFresh in New York is seeking an Associate Director, Growth Marketing to own the acquisition engine end to end, reporting to the CMO. You will manage a large multi-channel budget and drive ROI, CAC, and acquisition volume while leading a small team and external partners.
You will build scalable growth programs across paid social, search, display, affiliate, influencer, direct mail, and CTV, design tests, and present performance to senior leadership on a regular cadence.
