Job type:
Full Time

Introduction
We're looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to accelerate revenue growth across our self‑serve (eCommerce) and product‑led motions. You'll own the strategy and execution of full‑funnel growth programs that drive sign‑ups, activation, conversion, and expansion for one of our high‑growth products — translating our self‑serve, product‑led growth model into marketing programs with measurable revenue impact.

This is a high‑visibility role at the intersection of marketing, product, and data. You'll partner closely with product management, demand generation, marketing operations, data science, and sales to identify friction points across the user journey, run high‑impact experiments, and scale what works. The ideal candidate combines analytical rigor with creative instincts, keeps the customer at the center of everything, and thrives in a performance‑driven environment.

Your Role And Responsibilities
Run the experimentation engine

Define and prioritize high‑impact experiments across acquisition, onboarding, and conversion; maintain a centralized experimentation calendar and learnings agenda

Design and run A/B and multivariate tests across landing pages, signup flows, lifecycle campaigns, and paid channels — with rigorous test design and results interpretation

Build always‑on, scalable nurture and lifecycle programs that engage, retain, and grow users through their journey

Drive integrated, cross‑channel programs

Plan and execute integrated campaigns across discoverability, web, email
urture, in‑product messaging, content, and events in partnership with brand, product marketing, and digital

Partner with product marketing to ensure messaging is consistent and aligned to target markets, personas, and company priorities

Collaborate with product and engineering on in‑product growth levers (onboarding, upgrade prompts, free‑paid conversion paths)

Measure, report, and optimize

Measure, analyze, and optimize program performance in partnership with data/analytics teams; make data‑informed decisions on budget allocation and channel mix

Monitor funnel health and pipeline coverage, making recommendations to close gaps — including working with SDR/sales teams on targeted follow‑up

Report results and insights on leadership; own planning, forecasting, and goal‑tracking for your programs

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

8-10 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, demand generation, or full‑funnel marketing -- ideally within B2B SaaS

Proven track record driving self‑serve or product‑led growth (sign‑ups, activation, free‑to‑paid conversion, expansion revenue) at scale

Strong analytical skills with a history of turning funnel and channel data into strategic insights and actionable plans; comfortable in spreadsheets, dashboards, and (ideally) SQL

Hands‑on experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks, including test design, statistical interpretation, and building a learnings culture

Expert in end‑to‑end campaign development, execution, and measurement, including working with marketing operations on nurture setup and optimization (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, Amplitude/GA, Tableau/Looker)

Proven ability to collaborate cross‑functionally with product, data science, finance, sales, and marketing peers; strong interpersonal skills that build alignment

Strategic and creative: able to set direction and manage tactical execution plans that keep the customer at the center

Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills; able to clearly explain analyses and recommendations to executive stakeholders

Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

Experience marketing to technical audiences (developers, data teams, IT/DevOps)

Familiarity with cloud, data/analytics, AI, or developer tooling categories

Experience with usage‑based or consumption pricing models and PQL (product‑qualified lead) frameworks
