Required Skills & Qualifications:
7 years of experience in a product management or game design-adjacent role in the mobile games space
Proven track record of data-backed game design decision-making
Intimately familiar with the game development process, including releasing and maintaining products on the App Store
Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences
Outstanding desktop computer skills and familiarity with standard Project Management tools such as Excel, Airtable, Quip, Keynote, and others
Prior work experience at the company or in the company's industry
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

Experience working directly on game design features, especially player onboarding flows
Uncompromising attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities across various information sources
Regular gamer, particularly in mobile games, with opinions on what makes great games and a list of pending games to finish
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Partner directly with top studios to guide game improvements
Collaborate with internal teams to gather insights and help developers enhance the early moments of their games
Manage multiple game updates, juggle competing priorities, and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
