Introduction:
This position supports a new original video subscription service featuring original shows, movies, and documentaries from the world’s most creative storytellers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 8 years experience in strategic billing and purchase order development and execution within the entertainment industry
Proven track record of tracking budgets and financial planning
Ability to determine resources, track costs and establish partnerships across various departments
Proactive thinker who is able to prioritize and manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Detail-oriented with strong organizational, collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills
Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
Experience in contract review and cost analysis
Experience managing vendor and external partner setups
Familiarity with global publicity, studio communications, and talent relations
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Provide strategic operational support to the financial management of budgeting, reporting, forecasting, purchase orders, and daily invoices
Manage timely reporting and analyze actuals vs. budget cost reports to ensure accuracy and resolve any issues quickly
Collaborate with internal and external teams, including Finance, Travel, Business Affairs, and Legal, in the creation and vetting of budgets
Assist in contract review and cost analysis processes in conjunction with Finance and Procurement
Manage the setup of vendors and external partners in collaboration with Procurement
Other duties as assigned
