Job Title: Sr. Marketing Operations Manager - NA UGG

Reports to: VP, Marketing - NA UGG

Location: New York Showroom (New York, NY) (Hybrid)

Typically 3 times per week in office, Tuesday - Thursday

The Role
As the Senior Manager, Marketing Operations, you will be the operational hub for the North America Marketing team, driving operational excellence and ensuring seamless collaboration from strategy through launch. You'll lead cross-functional planning, manage marketing operations, and ensure executional readiness so that every program is delivered on time, on budget, and with clear accountability. By partnering with teams across Brand Marketing, Wholesale, Marketplace Experience, Paid Media, CRM, Sales, Merchandising, Product, Creative, and Global, you'll help the organization operate as one integrated marketing team-improving speed, visibility, and execution.

Your Impact

Own the North America marketing operating calendar, milestone planning, and seasonal readiness process

Develop scalable operating models, tools, and governance to improve planning, communication, and execution

Prepare presentations, business reviews, seasonal recaps, and leadership meeting materials

Lead weekly leadership meetings, monthly all hands meetings, status reporting, risk management, and cross-functional alignment

Serve as the North America lead for Global and Regional collaborations, ensuring clear communication and cross-functional alignment

Drive collaboration planning, engaging partners at key milestones to inform strategy and execution

Oversee collaboration timelines, governance, and post-launch recaps to strengthen future launches

Serve as program manager for North America's most complex integrated marketing initiatives and seasonal priorities

Build and maintain project plans, timelines, RACI documents, and milestone tracking across teams

Identify risks, resolve dependencies, and proactively remove blockers to keep projects on schedule

Own marketing operations including asset organization, shared drives, presentation preparation, and documentation

Maintain seasonal marketing toolkits, process documentation, templates, and internal resources

Support budget tracking, vendor coordination, and operational reporting as needed

Who You Are

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Project Management, or related field preferred

7+ years of experience in marketing operations, integrated marketing, project management, marketing planning, or related disciplines

Experience leading highly cross-functional marketing programs from planning through execution

Experience managing multiple concurrent projects within fast-paced consumer, retail, or lifestyle organizations

Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail

Ability to build relationships and collaborate across diverse teams

Demonstrate authenticity, champion diverse and effective teams, drive strategy, cultivate innovation, deliver results, and build connection
