Job DescriptionSage is looking for a senior marketing leader to own and shape the North America customer growth strategy. In this role, you will drive retention, expansion, product adoption, and lifetime value across our installed customer base, using data, AI, and lifecycle intelligence to deliver measurable commercial outcomes. Key ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Be Doing
• Own and lead the North America In-Life marketing strategy, defining the customer growth roadmap across retention, cross-sell, upsell, renewals, and advocacy
• Build and scale Account-Based Expansion (ABX) strategies that increase wallet share within strategic customer accounts, partnering closely with In-Life Sales and Customer Success
• Lead the evolution of AI-powered customer growth strategies, including predictive analytics, Next Best Action frameworks, churn modeling, and expansion propensity scoring
• Own the investment strategy across customer lifecycle marketing, digital engagement, partner marketing, AI initiatives, and expansion programs, connecting spend directly to NRR, GRR, expansion ARR, and customer health
• Develop customer segmentation strategies using behavioral, product usage, firmographic, technographic, and AI-driven propensity models to personalize customer journeys at scale
• Provide strategic direction to the Campaign Hub and partner across Sales, Revenue Operations, Digital Marketing, Product, and Analytics to deliver integrated customer growth programs
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, building organizational capability in AI, lifecycle marketing, customer analytics, and data-informed decision making

What We're Looking For
• Proven track record (12+ years) in senior performance marketing, demand generation, or lifecycle marketing leadership, with a focus on customer retention, expansion, and recurring revenue growth
• Strong commercial acumen with demonstrable experience driving Net Revenue Retention (NRR), Gross Revenue Retention (GRR), and expansion ARR outcomes
• Deep expertise in AI, predictive analytics, machine learning, and marketing automation applied to customer growth and lifecycle marketing
• Experience designing ABX strategies, customer segmentation frameworks, and data-driven propensity models that translate insight into commercial results
• Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Revenue Operations
• A data-first mindset with the ability to build executive dashboards, business cases, and investment strategies that connect marketing spend to measurable business outcomes
