Morton ISD is currently looking for a Elementary music teacher/band assistant
Applicants must have:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university.
Valid teaching certificate with required music endorsements.
Knowledge of subjects assigned and general knowledge of curriculum and instruction.
Experience with Kodaly or Orff teaching methods is a plus.
Adept at instructing students and managing their behavior.
Ability to motivate students and inspire confidence needed for everyday skills and tasks.
Excellent communication skills are also vital, as you will interact with students, parents, and educators on a daily basis.
