Fashion Product Development Intern: Apparel & Accessories

Grayson HR is seeking a Product Development Intern for a growing fashion and accessories brand in Hoboken, NJ. This hands-on role runs end-to-end from trend research to sampling, sourcing, and vendor communication.
You’ll support trend forecasting, tech pack prep, and cross-functional teamwork with Design, Production, Marketing, and Licensing. The internship is ideal for someone early in their career aiming to learn product development practices.
Pay: $18-$20/hour.
