About the Role
Bogg is looking for a talented and highly collaborative
Graphic Designer
to join our Brand & Creative team. This is a hands‑on role for a designer who can move seamlessly across multiple mediums and channels—from packaging and retail to email, social, paid media and e-commerce.
Reporting to the Acting CMO, this person will help translate Bogg's brand identity, campaigns and product stories into compelling creative that feels distinctly Bogg wherever our consumer encounters the brand.
The ideal candidate has a strong design sensibility, excellent attention to detail and experience working within a consumer-facing brand where digital and physical brand experiences need to work together.
What You'll Do
Design and execute creative across a broad range of brand and marketing touchpoints, including packaging, email, organic social, paid media, e-commerce, retail and wholesale assets
Develop packaging from initial creative concepts through final, production ready artwork
Create retail assets including signage, displays, endcaps, fixtures, promotional materials and other in-store brand touchpoints
Design digital assets across email, social, paid media, web and other performance marketing channels
Translate seasonal campaigns, product launches and brand initiatives across multiple formats while maintaining a cohesive visual identity
Partner closely with Brand, Marketing, E-commerce, Product, Sales and other cross‑functional teams to understand creative needs and deliver against briefs
Adapt and version creative across channels, retailers, sizes and specifications without losing the integrity of the original concept
Prepare accurate, production‑ready files for print, packaging, digital and retail applications
Work with external vendors, printers and production partners as needed to ensure quality and accuracy of final output
Maintain and apply Bogg's brand standards across all work while helping the brand continue to evolve
Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment
Maintain organized working files, templates and final assets to support an efficient creative workflow
Stay current on design, retail, fashion, culture and consumer trends and bring fresh ideas and inspiration to the team
What You'll Bring
5–7 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within a consumer‑facing brand such as fashion, accessories, beauty, lifestyle or CPG
A strong portfolio demonstrating excellent design across multiple mediums, including digital, print, packaging and retail/physical environments
Demonstrated ability to translate a brand identity and campaign concept consistently across multiple consumer touchpoints
Strong experience with packaging, print and production design, including dielines and production‑ready artwork
Strong digital design experience across email, organic social, paid media and e‑commerce
Excellent typography, layout, composition and visual storytelling skills
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
Experience with Figma and other collaborative design tools
Strong understanding of print production, file preparation and digital asset specifications
Ability to take creative direction and translate it into thoughtful, polished execution
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively against tight timelines
Collaborative, low‑ego approach and comfort working cross‑functionally
Strong communication and organizational skills
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience
