Head of Creative Design & Studio Leadership

Harvey is seeking a Head of Creative Design to lead a team of designers and elevate the quality, consistency, and execution of Harvey's creative work. This player-coach role partners with the Creative Director to translate direction into exceptional design across activations, campaigns, and product launches.
You will manage and mentor designers, provide constructive feedback, and remain hands-on with key projects when needed, helping the team grow and scale with the business.
