Fuse is seeking its first Head of Design, a hands-on leader reporting to the CEO. You will own the brand system across website, decks, video, recruiting and events, starting with the in-house team and external partners, then growing the studio.
The role expands into UI/UX for control systems and the APEIRON project architecture. You will guide design for the fusion plant campus and investor materials, while building a recurring content program and a high-skill design culture focused on clarity
