As a full-time Contractor, the Creator Success Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of top Creator accounts, focusing on driving adoption, enhancing output quality, and fostering long-term satisfaction with the platform while working remotely with the option to join onsite in Madrid.
Key responsibilities

Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with assigned Creator accounts, emphasizing adoption and long-term satisfaction
Investigate and resolve Creator issues end to end, providing timely support and guidance on generative AI workflows
Monitor Creator usage and proactively engage to prevent account churn by offering actionable insights and recommendations

Required qualifications

Experience in a customer-facing role focused on post-sales adoption and advocacy for a paid software product
Background in customer success, account management, or technical support with direct customer engagement
Hands-on fluency with generative AI tools and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
Strong written English skills for effective communication with both creators and engineers
Openness to learning and transferable skills from related roles that support collaborative customer partnerships
