Backcountry is seeking a Vice President of Performance Marketing to own the paid media P&L and multi-year strategy across its four banners. You will build the team, set channel allocation, and partner with Creative, Merchandising, and eCommerce to ensure cohesive investment decisions that lift revenue and margins.
You will lead executive-level reporting, foster a data-driven testing culture, and drive efficiency across paid search, social, shopping, display, and emerging channels.
