Seeking a senior Strategy Consulting leader to drive client growth and business development across marketing, customer experience, digital transformation, and emerging AI capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead strategy consulting engagements and major client pursuits
Advise C-level clients on marketing, CX, growth, and digital transformation
Develop new consulting offerings and identify account growth opportunities
Build senior client relationships and lead cross-functional teams
Drive thought leadership and develop consulting methodologies
Hire, mentor, and develop consulting talent
Key Requirements
15+ years in consulting or agency environments
Strong background in strategy, marketing, CX, digital transformation, or growth strategy
Proven experience selling and delivering consulting services
Experience with AI/GenAI and its business/customer experience applications
Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and leadership skills
Experience working with large enterprise/global organizations
Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred
