We’re seeking a results-driven Assistant Marketing Manager to support the development, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns and events designed to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth .
This role combines marketing strategy, campaign management, event planning, brand development, and hands-on execution . You’ll have the opportunity to help create impactful brand experiences across both digital and in-person marketing channels while working with sales, creative, public relations, and other cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities As an Assistant Marketing Manager, you’ll play an important role in executing marketing initiatives and supporting overall business objectives.
Responsibilities include:
Assist in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies aligned with company goals
Plan, coordinate, and manage product launches, trade shows, promotional events, corporate events, and marketing campaigns
Support event planning, logistics, scheduling, and on-site execution
Collaborate with sales, public relations, creative, and other cross-functional teams to ensure consistent campaign execution
Manage event timelines, budgets, vendors, and resources to maximize campaign effectiveness and ROI
Monitor marketing campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable, data-driven insights
Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance, customer engagement, and brand visibility
Support the development of marketing materials, presentations, promotional content, and event collateral
Assist with social media marketing and offline promotional initiatives
Maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and vendors
Help ensure marketing campaigns and events are delivered on time, on budget, and according to brand standards
Qualifications We’re looking for a marketing professional who combines strategic thinking, creativity, organization, and strong execution skills .
Qualified candidates should have:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
2–5 years of experience in marketing, event planning, brand management, promotions, or a related field
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Proficiency with marketing platforms, CRM systems, event management software, and Microsoft Office
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset
