Marketing CoordinatorCreative marketing engine for second-generation office furniture dealership during major growth phase including website rebuild, brand refresh, and 30th anniversary celebration.Marketing & Operations Support Workplace Solutions is a 2nd generation family owned contract furniture dealership located in Orange County. We specialize in new, used and refurbished office furniture with a full menu of top level services. We have a very loyal customer base and we built our company on a service level that is second to none. We're looking for a bright, creative, and motivated Marketing Coordinator who wants to be part of building something meaningful in our 30th year.THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: Ongoing Responsibilities:Own our email marketing program: monthly newsletter, curated hot topics, "Intro to WPS" seriesPhotograph installed furniture at customer offices, creating a portfolio of our workMaintain and improve our website presence—updates, optimization, troubleshootingCreate visual and digital media assets across all marketing channelsManage brand consistency across customer-facing materials and collateralCollaborate with sales team to produce polished presentations, proposals, and case studiesPeriodic Responsibilities:Triage web inquiries and customer chats, directing them appropriatelyDevelop product knowledge around office furniture and industry trendsResearch, organize, and execute community outreach events and charitable giving initiativesMajor Projects (2026-2027):Lead website reconstruction/redesign to modernize customer experienceOversee truck fleet re-wrapping with refreshed brand identityDevelop and execute WPS 30th Anniversary celebration campaign (launching March 2027)Requirements Skills & Qualifications:1-3 years marketing, social media, content creation, or related experienceDemonstrated social media platform and content management proficiencyStrong written and verbal communication skillsProject management: owns initiatives from concept to completionReliable, punctual, detail-orientedComfortable learning new tools and platforms quicklyIdeal Traits:Creative and motivated—brings fresh ideas to problem-solvingCollaborative—enjoys working across teams (sales, operations, leadership)Resourceful—figures out solutions and asks good questionsVisually minded—has an eye for design and composition (no professional background required)Curious about business and the office furniture industryFlexible—wears multiple hats in a growing companyNice-to-Haves:Email marketing platform experience (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe)WordPress or website platform experiencePhotography or video editing experienceCRM system familiarityTHE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL LOVE:Social MediaBlogging and content creationWorking with others to create presentations and materialsManaging projects from conceptual design to completionBeing reliable, punctual, and dependableBeing a team player and active participant in company growthIf you feel you have these skills and would like to become a key part of our 30th year celebration and continued growth, please forward your resume and pertinent information to careers@workplacesolutionsllc.com.Benefits:Paid Time Off – Generous PTO policyMedical Contribution – We support your health and wellnessRetirement Program – Eligible after 1 year of employmentGrowth Opportunity – Visible impact in a growing company
