THE JOB:
As an Experience Artist , you will have the opportunity to meet and interact with people from all over the world! Our Experience Artist proudly showcases our hotel, amenities, and surroundings. The Experience Artist is a highly visible role in which you directly impact the guests stay and have the ability to create memorable experiences for all our guests.
YOU:
To be successful in this position, we're looking for an amazing people connector who thrives on creating experiences and problem-solving. This role as an Experience Artist requires skills such as patience, empathy, and a desire to make memorable experiences and provide excellent service for our guests.

Requirements
Results-oriented with a focus on service excellence.
Attention to detail with a talent for multitasking.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
An effective communicator, team member, and collaborator.
Minimum two years concierge experience and a proven record of delivering “ best in class” customer interactions.
Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time.
Ability to learn and use the computer systems used at the hotel
Highly responsible & reliable.
Ability to work on AM, PM, overnight shifts, weekend, and holiday shifts as required by operational needs.
