Training Delivery Lead - Navy Call Center (On-Site)

Strategic Data Systems is an IT and Customer Service solutions provider supporting the U.S. Navy. We are seeking a Training Delivery Specialist to join our Little Creek team for on-site work in Virginia Beach, VA.
The role develops and delivers training, supporting new hires and ongoing employee life-cycle programs. You will deliver both in-person and virtual sessions, create e-learning content via Verint, and collaborate with management to design curricula and track learner progress.
