The ideal candidate will have a strong background in venture capital law and excellent communication skills.
What You’ll Do
- Identify legal issues in investment transactions.

What You Need
- Law degree with strong academic results.
- 3-5 years of experience as a venture capital lawyer.
- Experience in venture capital, private equity, or investment funds is a plus.
- Licensed to practice law in a U.S. state, preferably New York or California.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good negotiating and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Adaptable and resourceful in a fast-paced environment.
