Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and track marketing campaigns supporting brand, product, and growth goals
Translate business and product objectives into campaign plans, timelines, briefs, and deliverables
Coordinate with design, content, digital, product, branch, sales, and other internal teams
Conduct market research and analyze internal and external data to identify target demographics, trends, and consumer insights
Maintain the campaign calendar and coordinate sequencing and on-time execution
Build and deploy campaigns across email, web, social media, in-branch, and paid media channels
Develop campaign assets including copy, creative requests, landing page requirements, and tracking links
Perform quality assurance checks for campaign accuracy, functionality, and brand consistency
Manage campaign workflows, approvals, and deadlines
Prepare post-campaign summaries and data-driven recommendations for optimization
Track, measure, and report campaign performance with the SVP of Marketing and agency
Ensure campaigns and marketing materials align with customer experience, operational readiness, brand guidelines, and regulatory requirements
Document and improve campaign processes, checklists, and best practices
Support end-to-end content production and review, write, and edit marketing materials
Resolve questions, requests, and problems within required timelines
Report suspicious activities as required under applicable banking regulations
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a closely related field; an equivalent combination of education and experience may qualify
Minimum of 7 years’ experience in marketing and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
Fluency in English and Spanish is strongly preferred
Must be located within the state of California
Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize by business impact, and meet deadlines
Working knowledge of digital and direct marketing channels
Working knowledge of online analytical tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook reporting
Experience with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat, Canva, and other marketing software
High-level copywriting ability
Knowledge of regulatory compliance related to member and financial services
Ability to comply with the Bank Secrecy Act, OFAC, and USA PATRIOT Act
Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
