Our client is seeking an experienced

Product Development Manager

to lead a team of product developers and lab technicians in a highly customer-focused foodservice R&D environment.
This is a

hands‑on leadership opportunity

for someone who can bridge technical product development with people leadership, project management, and customer‑facing responsibilities.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

Lead and develop a team of Product Development professionals
Manage multiple projects and competing priorities
Partner closely with

Sales, Marketing, Operations, Culinary and customers
Lead commercial scale‑up and product launches
Work directly with major national foodservice customers
Maintain technical credibility while developing and mentoring the team
Support a fast‑paced pipeline of

20+ active development projects
