Leading a team in a full-time capacity, the Lead Web Developer will direct technical execution for a Federal web modernization program, collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver secure and accessible digital products.
Key responsibilities
Lead the technical design, development, and release of website enhancements, custom modules, and backend integrations
Break down business requirements into technical tasks and guide developers in best practices and standards
Coordinate with UX and content teams to implement interactive functionalities and support CI/CD processes
Required qualifications
Hands-on experience with Drupal or similar WCMS-based websites and web applications
Strong skills in PHP, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web development practices
Experience with Agile/Scrum or Kanban methodologies and user story development
Working knowledge of Section 508/WCAG standards and Federal web compliance
Experience with Git, code reviews, and CI/CD processes
