Director, Marketing & Communications Reports to: Chief Program Officer, President & CEO

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead and execute BVU's marketing, communications, and brand strategy
Develop marketing campaigns that promote our programs, services, and events
Create compelling content that tells the story of BVU and our impact
Lead our digital presence, including our website, email marketing, and social media
Use Salesforce and analytics to understand our audiences and measure results
Manage public relations and visibility opportunities
Work closely with our President & CEO, staff, and Board Marketing and Development Committee
Education/Experience:
Minimum 5 years experience
Marketing/communications degree
