Director: Rare Disease Portfolio Marketing

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Director of US Portfolio Marketing to lead strategy for our US rare disease portfolio and drive brand management, HCP/patient engagement, and payer-aligned commercialization. This role is HQ-based and reports to the US Rare Disease Franchise Marketing head.
You will shape go-to-market plans, oversee cross-functional teams, and coordinate with Field Sales, Access, Medical, and Legal to accelerate patient access in dispersed populations.
