Affiliate Marketing

TCPR is seeking a Senior Affiliate PR Manager with a minimum of six years relevant experience in affiliate marketing and creator commerce, ideally within an integrated PR, communications or performance marketing environment.

This is an opportunity for an entrepreneurial, strategic and data-driven communications expert to help shape a fast-growing agency capability - including its service offering, processes, platform expertise, client strategy and long-term growth - while developing and executing affiliate programs across TCPR’s existing client roster.

The Senior Affiliate PR Manager will serve as the agency’s in-house affiliate expert, working closely with agency leadership and PR account teams to build thoughtful, measurable programs that increase visibility, engagement and revenue while maintaining TCPR’s relationship-driven approach to brand communications. The role will include both hands-on program management and higher-level responsibility for identifying opportunities to grow the division, expand client scopes and establish scalable systems and best practices.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of affiliate marketing, creator commerce and commerce media, along with the confidence to establish a point of view, guide clients and internal teams and build programs from the ground up. They should be comfortable developing strategic recommendations, analyzing performance data, managing creator and affiliate relationships, negotiating partnership terms, translating business goals into integrated affiliate strategies and working cross-functionally with PR teams to deliver integrated programs for clients in the home/design, lifestyle, retail, e-commerce and adjacent categories.

Candidates should be able to speak to the affiliate programs they have developed, supported or managed, including the strategy behind those programs, how success was measured and their impact on client or business goals. Experience helping establish, scale or evolve an affiliate capability, service offering or revenue stream is strongly preferred.
