We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing & Promotions Assistant to join our growing Phoenix team. This is an entry-level, on-site opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, representing brands, and being part of a fast-paced promotional environment.
Responsibilities
Assist with in-person promotional campaigns and community events
Welcome customers and create positive interactions
Explain products, services, and current promotions to customers
Support promotional activities at retail locations and special events
Help prepare promotional materials and event displays
Assist with setting up and breaking down promotional areas
Work alongside the team to achieve daily campaign goals
Maintain a professional and energetic presence at all assigned events
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
No previous marketing experience required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Comfortable working in a customer-facing environment
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Must be available to work on-site in Phoenix
