Great Lakes Outreach Wisconsin is growing its Milwaukee team and looking for a Marketing & Promotions Assistant to support our face-to-face campaigns.
You'll spend your day working with people, representing nonprofit campaigns, and helping connect organizations with communities across the Milwaukee area.
It's a social, fast-moving role where you'll build practical experience in marketing, customer engagement, and campaign performance while receiving ongoing training and coaching.
What You'll Be Doing
- Representing nonprofit campaigns at retail and promotional locations
- Speaking with customers and introducing the organizations we represent
- Creating engaging, positive face-to-face interactions
- Communicating campaign information clearly and confidently
- Helping generate awareness and new supporter interest
- Working toward individual and team campaign goals
- Learning how successful campaigns are delivered and developed

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in the Greater Milwaukee area. The position involves regular face-to-face interaction and is not remote or hybrid.
