Field Marketing Manager

The United Group of Companies, Inc. is seeking a Field Marketing & Sales Manager to oversee our Syracuse portfolio.
This full-time role focuses on grassroots outreach, event planning, and cross-team collaboration with property managers and the corporate marketing team to build awareness and drive leasing and resident leads. You will manage marketing budgets, digital campaigns, vendor relationships, and reporting on performance metrics while traveling across the Syracuse portfolio.
